South Jersey Sheds and Gazebos is a Division of J & R Dowd Enterprises Inc. We are a home based family owned business, this allows us to pass on tremendous savings to our customers. We began our first business in 1990 as J & R Excavating the business has been operated for 21 years, through the years we have diversified and added Landscaping Supplies. Some of the Landscaping products are Screened Topsoil, Driveway Stone, Septic Stone, Clam Shells, Mulch, Pool Sand and Fill Dirt.
In the year of 2007, we began to deliver Sheds and Gazebos, not just act as a refer service, we felt that providing the customer from start to finish the ability to purchase a shed directly from us, would compliment our Business and provide a much needed service to our customers in South Jersey.
For the year of 2008 and we added, Amish Crafted Wood Lawn Furniture, Picnic Tables, Wishing Wells, Mailboxes, Dog houses, Lighthouses, Dog Cabins, Playhouses to our host of products. We also sell used EZ-Go Golf carts and accessories.
For the year of 2009, we will begin selling Metal Buildings and Metal Carports. We also began providing site prep (leveling, grading and placement of stone) for sheds, gazebos, dog cabins that we sell to our customers. Making us a full service shed dealer. No hassles, no worries from start to finish we handled the whole process.
2010, we have pushed our company to a new level. Beginning this year we will offer a totally new economy line of sheds. We have taken our top of the line sheds, stream lined them back to the basic shed with a tremendous cost savings to our customers. We now offer a lease program on some of our basic sheds. We will begin stocking swing sets and playhouses.
2011, we have spent a lot of hours listening to our customers. Some of our changes for 2011, all Deluxe Wood sheds will come standard with Architectural Shingles, pressure treated floor joist. All Vinyl sheds will have Architectural Shingles, Pressure treated floor joists and Fiberglass doors. We are going to begin selling and leasing Storage Containers, Swing Sets and all new line of Gazebos.
In the past few years, we have had to eliminate landscaping and stone bases, as we are one of the top shed sellers in South Jersey. We have also added a few new lines of sheds, and Chicken coops.
